Back training doesn't always have to be done on machines or with resistance bands. You can easily train your back (and get some great results from it) using nothing but dumbbells.
Unfortunately most women steer clear of the dumbbell rack in fear that it'll make them look manly or add unwanted 'bulk'. Well that thought needs to be gone because it's not true.
Coach Brian Klepacki and Lauren Taylor (ig: @laurentayllorr) give you the TOP 3 back building exercises that you should be doing. They are designed to target your back more efficiently than other back-related exercises.
Here are the movements:
-Bent Over Row
-Bent Over High Pull
-Pullover
If you want to add strength to your body, keep the resistance high and the reps low (3-8 reps). And if you want to add definition and tone up a little bit, keep the resistance lower and the reps higher (15-20 reps).
